Afirma’s presence in Brazil today is focused on the development of the country’s first major tourist residential project. Afirma provides its know-how in these types of residential tourist developments which have been successfully developed in Spain and the United States. In Romania, which recently joined the EU, Afirma is promoting a first home development project coinciding with a time of growth mainly resulting from EU economic aid.
